Just heard a snap or pop when my cali roof retracted all the way back. Thought it was odd, all looked fine though. Went to close it and "no go". Definitely a cable snapped. Motor still sounds spinning. In the garage now with it ajar about 1/2-1 inch to go before being fully closed.

Update. Found 2 others forum posts that describe what I experienced. That said despite the download of the PDF s I can’t get the roof closed securely. About 1-1.5 inches to go. Just manual pushing but now the deflector seems to be the hiccup to get past.
Any thoughts?
Note, the motors shaft does not have any “edges” for hex tool; just a round hole. My ti has no hex tool in the kit. Ironically the motor has a hex head on the right side.
