differential seal?

my dif is leaking right under the drain plug but where the cover and housin meet together. ive been searchin all over the internet for the dif cover seal and i cant seem to find it anywhere?

That has the part number for the gasket set. You'll want to put in all of your vehicle information and redo the search for differential gasket to see if it is the same part #. This search was for a 1995 with a manual transmission.

btw, it's a paper gasket, not much to it. i would suggest getting some permatex high tack or super high tack gasket sealant as well.

Are you SURE it's coming from the main diff cover seal? I thought that mine was for awhile and upon further investigation I found that it was coming from elsewhere. Crawl under that thing with a shop light and give it an up-close look.

i had it up on a lift with good lighting and gave it a good look, but now that ur asking ill have to double check.
