Well i think this make sense???
6700 rpm

diff. 3.73 wheels 19 136mph
diff. *3.45* wheels 19 147mph
diff. 3.63 wheels 19 140mph

diff. 3.73 wheels 15 (stock) 127mph
diff. *3.45 *wheels 15 (stock) 137mph
diff. 3.63 wheels 15 (stock) 130mph

Edit:

I'm using bad the rpm's first i use 6000 and now i use 6,700

I would think a 3.73 would be too much for a forced induction setup, but I have never driven a blowen TI so I cant be much help to you there.
