Part Number HELP!!!

My trans is poping out of first..... similar to these guys....

Does any one know how to get the part number of the gear forK?? I really need it and really appreciate it.... Also any ideas on where i shoudl order the part from??? Trying to save thousands here by just installin a new one ( hopefully fixing my delema)

I checked real oem... but i dont know which part it is... non of them say guide sleeve or fork or anything ..... dont realy know which one it is.... i have a 5/96
