Is anyone interesting in meeting around NJ/NY/PA? I've never been to a meet and would be interested in getting together with local ti'ers. Maybe seeing some modified ones too. I'd say the general area around Philly to LI is reasonable for me, what about you guys?

Mmmmm... white castle. Well, depending on where we meet, I know there's a bunch at least in N and East Central Jersey. Down south in Burlington Cty I know of a good chicken place near Atsion, NJ (Tabernackle Twp.)

Let's make a list of items to bring, such as Peake tools, ramps, parts or literature. I can bring a set of plastic ramps, so people can look under the cars easier. Some of us may have problems that we all need to see to give suggestions. Plus I have many parts.

Nope, that's Chesapeake House, north of Aberdeen and the Susquehanna River, just outside of Delaware. Maryland House is previously described and near Bel Air south of the river.

I just got a call from a friend of mine. He is the guy who helped me do the diff swap, and suspension work on the car. The only good Sat/Sun he can help me with the electrical upgrades I am planning is on that Sunday. So it's either get all those upgrades finished before winter, or meet you guys. I'm sorry but upgrades have to come first. So unless he drops out on the 19th, I can't come:frown:

Yes, but you see I grew up in New England, and we have a saying regarding the weather. "If you don't like it, just wait a half-hour." It's ALMOST as bad as Scotland...

It wasn't much trouble to set it up, I really wish I could have gone though. There's this incredible pizza place about 2 mi away from my house, rated #1 cheese steak in Central NJ, and top 10 pizzas of NJ too! Though the best pizza I've ever had is the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, though it takes 45 minutes per pie there.

Sucks that I couldn't go, my partner in class took off with some chick out of state and I had to plan an entire interview production by myself. Wouldn't have been a problem with 2 people, but I ended up working on it from 10am Sunday to about 7am Monday when I left for school with no sleep. Had to go shoot for an intro, edit, finalize a script and a mess of other things. Also, it's not fun doing a ten minute interview, on camera, in the lights, with no sleep for over 24 hours.

Bright side of things is that the production kicked ass and I got high praises from the professor... I think the other kid is dropping the class because I haven't heard from him. He always was a little loopy.

I really should have noted that I wasn't going to the meet, but honestly, it wasn't the first thing on my mind Sunday Morning when I was ready to strangle someone.

The car and I could have used a nice drive too. :(

I had the same problem previously. Between uploading pics to your gallery and changing your signature, there are constant issues.

Who actually showed up?

me, 96 328ti, J!m, Etienne, and a local who spotted us and parked in between. I showed up and asked who was the missing driver, the three of them said 'what are you talking about?' :confused2 Later he came over and chatted. I'll post some pics eventually. :rolleyes2

I had a problem uploading but wasn't aware others had a problem.
I think it's a bug or conflict. I changed a setting and it should be working now.
