i bought it earlier today at autozone for like $6 a bottle (16oz) and poured 1 can in a full tank of gas . and half in my oil.

remember to drive it for 100 miles then do a oil change, thats what the tut said.

Depending on your mileage, definitely do the fuel filter. I'd throw in a new air filter if you haven't had one in a while. Check your tire pressures also. You might want to check this out, too. I haven't done it yet, but I going to soon.
I wouldn't worry too much about the o2 sensors unless you're getting codes. See if Autozone or Advance Auto parts will pull your codes. They can tell you to a certain extent if the sensors are slowing down.

OOPS.......
I poured a can into the oil about 2000 miles ago. Gonna change the oil soon anyway.

The other option using sea foam is by cleaning the internal engine by sucking it through the brake booster hose. This will clean the manifold and make a smoke show exiting the exhaust! :) Fuel filter is good to do. Check wiring first before spending $$ replacing it.

I'm new to doing anything more than spark plugs, air and fuel filters, and oil changes on my 318ti (M44) and e34 525i (M50, no VANOS). Anybody have a picture or description of the vacuum line or brake booster used for the sea foam?
