Anyone have any experience with the Koni Sport Springs for a 318ti E36 Compact?

I'd like to know how they compare to any other suspension you've put on your cars, or just how they are in general...

Any help would be great.
Thanks in advance.

i have koni special dampers and springs. very low and very very stiff. there actually too hard for british roads. they bang over bumps.

Koni shochs (sport, the yellow ones), are much harder than any Bilstein, and they are three point adjustable (i think for compression force). I'm having thoughts of buying them as well... My Bilsteins have worn a lot

i have the red ones (also adjustable), theyre harder than the yellow ones. but offer excellent high speed control. i'm able to take the back roads at well over 80mph. not going to say how fast, but the dampers actually work better over bumps at that speed, than at 30mph!

Koni reds are the "Koni special" and they are softer than the "Koni Sport" yellow!
