I know it is a risk or not worth it, but I have finally have a Supersprint header in my possession. I picked it up today after the FloridaGerman meet in Tampa from some guy who has a built GT3 race car as seen here:

I'm going to install the header sometime this week and possibly dyno this weekend and will let you guys know how it is. There is a possibility that I might sell it, all I really want to do is test it and if I really like it I'll keep if not then just sell.
dude wtf? Thats an m42/m44? That looks like a very complete different setup. How much power is that engine pushing out.

What? Looks like an M42 to me. It's not in a Ti, but that is definitely an m42.

Yeah it is not in a ti, but an m42 motor in the e36 body. As for numbers I didn't get any, but can find out. Everything you see is just about custom made.

The still hasn't been installed. I have been really busy with work and school, don't have time, but I'm trying to get it on soon.

Nice! How much is it? Are you getting it directly from them or another company?

Geez Panzer, those runners are long as heck. Should definately have an interesting sound; let me know if/when you get it.

You should import some of the racing resonators as well.

track pipe > resonator.

On a high horsepower, high compression racing motor I could see where just having a straight through pipe on instead of a resonator would be a good thing. But I wouldn't expect to find much of a performance difference on a mostly stock 1.8l M42 between a straight through pipe and the SS racing resonator. But it sounds like you are going for a sound difference and not a performance gain.
The M44 sounds really good with aftermarket exhaust and cams.

the engine is getting worked out right now, this header isn't for the current setup/engine.

Sweet... I know you were contemplating a swap.. Thinking about going with a built m42 now?
