Axles and ABS worries/issues

I got the stockpile close to complete.

3.46LS 4bolt
e30 flanges from a 325i 5spd
M Coupe Diff cover kit

now the last bit, and what I am worried about.

ABS and Axles. I've read everything on Ti.org about, and I am not sure what to use or what will work.
Do the Hybrid e30/Ti axle just looks to be too much work when a bolt on application must be out there.

I can get a working set of e30 axles from a guy parting out a Cabrio.

I have sets of Ti axles.(going to start sell them 40$ea) miles are 50-85k.

Btw, Shimming the ABS sensor? Any details on that, never worked on the ABS sensors before this job.
Could I use Z3 axles? like from any 6 cyl Z3(2.5/2.8/3.0)?

What's the majority of the 188mm Diff crowd using with thier Tis?

I used a couple washers on each side when I did mine.

Do the washers stay in? or do I remove them on the axle goes into the hub?

Worst case if I KO a sensor what do they run to replace?

what about the axles? Will the 90 325 Cabrio axles work?
