I take you mean H&Rs springs? Not fond of either IMO.

it depends if you want your car low or REALLY low. Im running Z3 Roadster H&R Race Springs and my car is really really low.

Also when you go really low, your tire wear increases from negative camber, you have less suspension travel and you increase your chance for bump steer by pushing your control arms/tie rods far forward. That's why my car isn't slammed because I actually want it to handle well :)

race springs are veryyyy low. i have H&R sports, and i scrape speedbumps sometimes if i go over just a smidge too fast, you hear it bottom out. i think with race springs id rip the car apart...

Thanks! What do you plan on doing with the car, that's the best way to figure out what you should do suspension wise.

i like my sports.... for track use i guess race springs would be best but for overall driving experience and daily driving, the H&R sports are great

Go for sports, you might regret having race when you start bottoming out all the time.

That is a good price for great springs. With whatever you pick I'm sure you will like either, but I would go for the better buy.
