Looking for a good independent shop in MI

Hey guys.
I'm new to the forum. I have a '95 with 34,000. Its been sitting all winter and it needs a little attention. Has somebody had any luck with an independent shop in Michigan? I'm in the middle, Lansing, so the east side or west side is fine. Thanks alot.
