cai cosmo

my cosmo cai came today and it sounds super sexy with my big bore throttle body and magnex exhaust (before i had a k&n 57i set up) The problem the head light wont go in properly now as the arm is blocking the way, ohh and i didnt get any instructions with the kit. i would be very greatful if someone could help me out here, this is the current configeration of the pipes:

small pipe then the long pipe with the stright going down towards the bumper with the filter on it.

where did u get the big bore throttle body?

i got it through another bmw forum in the UK (dont know if im allowed to say it on here as i dont want to go against forum rules) but it improves the pick up the car feels lighter, pulls harder and there are no more flat spots. im looking to get a remap now but i really want this cai sorted :( lol

Thats like my old k&n but i had a heat sheild, plus you have a arm on it. once i get mine sorted out il upload a video. iv been looking of other forum members installs of the cosmo but i cant find any pictures. yeah im kinda scared about it drinking the water but il get around it just like goung over speed bumps lol

ok guys i havent had time to re-fit the cosmo cai but i will do it tomorrow i just want to know is there a write up or any instructions on how to install this as i didnt get any with mine. i would be very greatful of someone could tell me how to fit it and what order the pipes should go as the problem that i am getting is that the pipe is in the way of the head light so i cant fit the light properly.

ok guys iv done it installed it properly just had to remove the brake duct thingy in the bumper and a bit of jiggaling. all i want to say is OMG the smile this kit puts on my face the sound matched with the BBTB and magnex cat back is so crisp and the higher you go in the rev range you can hear the air intake go mental :smile: now just for a service and remap (i have the baby bmw compact the 1.6)
