Torque settings for conrods

Right going to be doing the piston rings on my ti as number 4 has gone but i cant find any info about doing it or the torque settings thats needed the haynes manual dont have any thing or deos the bentley manual so would be great if any one has the torque settings :) cheers

This is from a file of BMW torques on my computer. I'm guessing it means 5 NM, then 20 NM, then 70 degrees.
