Not sure what to expect.
This is what the flier says:
The detailing tech session will focus on interior car care, and other car care topics. It will begin promptly at 10:30am and much of the session will be hands-on. ....Participants can request coverage of additional detailing topics of interest. We will also be available throughout the entire event to help you find solutions to your toughest detailing problems, paint imperfections, convertible top care, tire and wheel cleaning, metal polishing and more!

Join us for a large assortment of food and beverages while getting a chance to see many products and tools such as our own custom-blended Prima product line. Racing and BMW DVDs will be shown in the entertainment area of our store.

his 1er was probably on the boat that tippedNah. I expected to make 60K on the sale of my house. It was more like 2K. So there went my hopes for a new car.

Thanks werner i will do that. Yea real estate hasn't been doing all that great my dad owns to houses, one of which he rents. Value has dropped on both of them. We also had a duplex but sold that like last year. What he got out of it was way lower than expected. My dad also had some problems and at the end the buyer ended up owning us $17,000, which we never got:mad: But yea hope to see you guys on saturday.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your RSVP.

Note that this session will focus on interior care (it was originally going
to be focused on paint care, which will be covered later this Spring).

See you on Saturday!

So how was it guys, any pics?
no pictures Dave.
it was inside of their garage/building (which was rather nice i might add) and the car that was used was a 325xit wagon.
there was a small gathering of folks...about 15 or so.
there were 2 mini's, a 5 series, a new 330xi, and three ti's (me, werner & eric).
the wife of the owner spent the better part of an hour hyping up some interior cleaners that they offer at the shop...then there was some demo type cleaning that everyone contributed to...it was okay i suppose.
you didn't miss much though...i'll teach you all of the interior tricks i've ever learned if you need the knowledge.
it was good to learn what was best as far as chemicals for cleaning....but like i said...it was aimed at what they had to sell at their shop.
that's my 2 cents.

It was good to see Sean and Eric again. At first I did not recognize Sean. Only saw him once before and he looked different. Sean I don't think you had hair on your face last time I saw you???? Thanks for showing me the inside of your door. The conclusion was that there is no window height adjust as mentioned in both the Haynes manual and the 101 projects for the 3 Series. And it is normal for the regulator to kind of strain and push a bit outward at the end of the window travel.

Sean has it about right. It was a nice gathering, and I actually bought a bunch ($$$$) of their stuff since I don't have anything at all at home except Windex and Armorall. The most impressive stuff was the Black WOW. It cleans up the black trim around the ti nicely and supposingly lasts a while. The plastic preservative (303) is interesting since it does not give a shine like Armorall. Looks better. There was no pressure or obligation to buy anything.

They had coffee, chips and cake but not a real lunch, so I stopped by the Fish and Chip place and had lunch at my son's house. Great Fish & Chips just up the street.

There will be another session for the exterior in April. I'll likely attend if I have the time.
