hey all,

spotted a few ti's on autotrader in california that i'm hoping y'all can help me check out...

i'm usually stationed in the mojave desert, and i'm about 6 hrs from sf, 2 hrs from la, 4 hrs from sd...

if we have local members who can help me check out some ti's, it'll make it easier for me to determine if it'd be worth it to make the trip to potentially pick it up...

these dealers are all charging an arm and a leg for the ti's, so if y'all could also help me feel out if the dealers will sell at edmunds.com prices (with tax included) that'd be great...

so here goes:

Well the first two are almost the same car. One just has about 40,000 more ,miles on it and just a little more pricey. I would really rather have the 98 but it has 150,000 miles and is priced way to high for what it is. None of them are sport models. If you could talk the guy down from 8,000 to more like 5,000 or 5,500. But as they stand right now. Go with the second one. It has less miles and the package is the same. And the price for it is reasonable and with cash in your hand you can always talk someone down a few hundred.

Did you ever locate one to buy? On a scale of 1-10 how serious of a buyer would you consider yourself?

1 = not ready yet, just shopping
10 = I have cash in hand, looking for the right car.

second one. Reason being is it has lower miles, its the active package and it has decent wheels.
