installing lowering springs

hi i just bought bas sport lowering spring and there isnt any instruction, but i kind of kno what to do. But instruction would be great. plz help..........

It takes a little while to do, I will see if I can throw a howto together for you, I know it took 2 guys like 4 hours for mine - we had a fun time with the front (mainly because we didn't have a spring compressor)

No spring compressor? Wow... A friend and I did mine, but we wouldn't have been able to do it without the spring compressor.
