Okay guys just wondering if anyone would like to meet up this saturday? There's a euro meet every saturday by I-25 and hampden and I just wanna know if you guys want to go. So if you let me know I wanna go check it out.
Here's a link where the guys talk about it in bfc. It's actually closer to monaco and hampden so it's close to your place sean.

we all have those days man! just take your triple bacon anti-hangover burger this morning and you'll be aight :) hell, i drank too much with some new friends in a foreign country (malaysia) before, lol. luckily they were very cool and got me back to the hotel and everything safely.

i'll look up the part number for the bulb behind your HVAC controls, i had to replace that little bastard a short time ago myself. can't wait to see your car with a new m-tech rear bumper on it :) oh, another thought. if we have a meet at dave's with the club sport (and the lift), we could more easily look at what happened to your exhaust when she tagged you.

teetime4one
05-04-2008, 05:03 PM
right on....thanks.
i ate that burger at 6:30 this morning.
i hope i didn't make too big an ass of myself...i was just hungry...and cured that with too many libations.
if you can find that bulb number i'd be stoked.
that and i need to replace the LED's behind my cluster so i can see how many miles are on my car.

heater controls bulb (61138353797): http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=CG63&mospid=47505&btnr=64_0199&hg=64&fg=20&hl=34

not sure on the cluster one, but this appears to be the appropriate diagram: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=CG63&mospid=47505&btnr=62_0312&hg=62&fg=05&hl=18

glad to hear you're feeling better. when in said situation myself, i usually feel like crap the whole next day :(

my bulb was out for many months and i know i found it quite annoying. if your head unit comes out easy, it'll be an easy fix as the bulb is right near the top of the controls below the head unit. as for the gauge lights, knock on wood, i've never had to replace any so i don't know which one(s) you'll need or even if it's a bulb.

can't wait for the trains next weekend! w000000000000000t w0000000000000t!

dave, i'm heading to the basement now to get that ashtray!

elchicano
05-05-2008, 01:35 AM
haha right on eric. Yea thats why you gotta drink the next day to balance everything else. I remember the first time i had vodka drank almost the whole botttle, man was i feeling sick. My dad noticed and said to drink some more, so i did and i was way better. But a hang over is due to dehydration so as long as you drink water or gatorade your good.

Yeah cant wait been hearing its good so i gotta see it myself. So eric how was it driving an auto Ti since you drive stick, is the same?

But you kill brains cells. I rather get a hang over any day instead of losing more than what i have already lost.

i test drove an auto (color i wanted, sport package like i really would have liked) when i was originally shopping for a TI (back in <cough>96) and just couldn't take it, lol. i ended up with the cali package instead cause it was a stick :) the whole way the accelerator is sprung differently and such just bothered me. my commute at the time was about 70 miles each way on the interstate so little to no rush hour traffic.

so for me, no it's not the same, but that doesn't mean it's not still nice, just different :)

i will do every mod to my car that i can...then i'll get tired of not having any power...buy a gas station...do a swap w/manual and be done with it.
once again...thanks for driving my car home last night.

P.S. what's up with this ashtray?
never mind...i remember the conversation now. lol
i'm a dumb ass
