Took the Ti out for a spin on Mare Island (a defunct Navy base) on a typical Bay Area summer afternoon... Oh, and I took some new pics, too...

I know, I know, get the damn springs on the car... I just don't have the proper tools in my garage to do it, so that means paying someone, so I procrastinate... I will do it soon!

I really like the way the rims turned out... I was a little unsure during the process, but now I'm thrilled... Now if I could just make up my mind about the spoiler...

Looks great! Blacked out grills would look good too.

I've thought about blacking out the grilles, but aside from the push button on the hatch and keyholes, it's the last chrome part of the exterior... besides the tribal license plate frame... (which I won't part with because it mimics my tattoos...)

very nice! I love the all black look on the BMW. That is why I am about to finish blacking mine out when I get around to painting the grill.

Thats the missing piece of the puzzle. you definitely need to put those springs on. You should be able to rent some spring compressors form your local parts store. its maybe a 2 hour job.

Springs scared the **** out of me. When I was uncompressing the old spring, the compressor whipped around on me. Make sure you always use the locks so they don't come flying off.

However yeah, should be a 2 hour job.

Your car is looking sick in all black. I'm sure you hear this often, that looks like Darth Vader's ride.
