factory amps??

is there a factory amp somewhere in my 97 ti i read somewhere that there was a 10x20 Watt amp. if so i want to replace it

the amp is thre with the ten speaker sound system. It is behind the carpet and sheet metal on the rear drivers side of the trunk area. Find where the antenna attaches to the car, and look foward from there. It is the black box with all of the wires going in and coming out of it.
