Replacing fog lightbulb

I am planning on replacing the lightbulb to my right front fog light in my 95' ti Sport. It has the M spoiler so I plan on removing the lower plastic piece, under the front spoiler, rather than removing the whole front spoiler. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and could lend me some advice. Thanks!

All you should need to do is reach in through the engine compartment and flip that tab that holds the fog light in. It takes about 30 seconds and the replacement clicks right in.
