For 59,000 miles the BMW 318Ti I now own has been serviced with Castrol Oil. Should I keep using Castrol or go to another oil? Any recommedations?

What weight are you using? Dinosaur juice or synthetic? Do you still have good pressure? Emissions? fuel economy?
