Where can I find a turbo kit for a 318ti?

What sites are out there where i can find 318ti performance parts?

I dont know of any good turbo kits but downing/atlanta makes a good kit that puts you to about 220 hp And its more reliable than a turbo.

Hey Leemur,

They don't say much on their website www.downingatlanta.com, (http://www.downingatlanta.com,) are you talking about Supercharger. If yes, do you know anybody that got that, and how much?

Thanks for the info.

Korman makes a turbo kit for the 318. It puts out slightly less hp than the DA supercharger, but only because they are pushing 1-2 psi less than the supercharger.

Not to burst anyone's bubble about the D/A blower, but you will get about 207hp, not 220. (on a perfect condition 1.9l)

Now, if I could get 220 from a bolt-on (excluding Nitros), I would not be putting a 3.2l M motor in my ti!

Don't get me wrong, as far as bang for the buck goes,(not to mention reliability, and preserving fuel econmy) the D/A is VERY hard to beat. And, I would certainly choose it over ANY turbo system. (ask me why if you care to know)

Now, with custom software, a light flywheel, and possibly cams, 220 is not out of reach. BUT, when you add up the cost of all that, the 3.2 looks pretty nice...

Check out my post in "engine swaps" area.
