Does anyone know how to solve my problem ?
my 318 just got new:
-rotors/brakepads
-control arms/and M3 bushings
-new front berings
-and the rims and tires are new and true (double checked and rechecked on wheel ballace)
I'm almost ready to give up does anyone know a solution...

You didn't forget to torque down the lug bolts, did you?

Are you sure your rims are Hubcentric? Are you using spacers?
Check this out.

Whenever a wheel spacer is used, the hub center becomes almost non-existent leaving the rim to be off centered, and only centered by the retaining lug bolts.
What happens is a wheel now becomes off centered with wheel vibration evident at high speeds. The hub centric adaptors will keep the rim true centered at all times.
Hope this helps!

thanks for your reply guys

Steve: what should i torque it to ?

kinkajou: I actually used a set of staggered rimms from a 330i the type 68 double spoke 17*8 in the fronts and 17*8 1/2 in the rears. the rimms look great but the shakes is no good. i'm using no spacers (off set only 6mm away from stock). went to BMW they said one rimm is bent in the front. just got it replaced wating for BMW to ballance it and will see from there...thanks again.

I torque my lugs down to 82 foot pounds.
I couldn't find the recommended torque value, but I think it is around 80 lbs.
