I'm looking to buy new set of 4 struts/shocks. I'm NOT looking for a performance ones but into regular comfortable-ride ones. Actually it will be better if the set is resistant to bumpy roads. Please give me some suggestions.

I found there four offers:

Bilstein TC  I always hear good things about the billies. Those should be fine to keep with the stock springs.

The second link you posted are bilstein tc (touring class) shocks/struts. They are generally for OEM replacement.

do I need to get strut mounts as well?

How many? 4 or 2?

And if I do what kind?...I know there were aluminum and/or plastic...I may be wrong about that.

At the very least get new rear shock mounts. E46 M3 are an upgrade to the stock ones and should be fine going with the stock ride height.

You can get new front strut mounts, some people say that they don't need to be replaced, but since you have everything off why not replace them?

Would you recommend some rear shock mounts.

I appreciate all you guys and your advices but I'm on budget, so only a "must be replaced" parts is what I need.

replacing the rear shock mounts when you replace the shocks is smart money even if on a budget. Not sure of cost, but the issue is the stock ones tear which can in turn tear the metal of the rear shock tower itself. That's a lot of $$. When the stock ones fail (or any) you hear a clunk from the back.

Thanks 96Cali, I read somewhere also about bushings to be replaced as well. Does that apply here?

spidertri you recommend E46 M3 shock mounts, are you sure these would work with my ti?

Yes, E46 M3 mounts work on the ti. There are plenty of different options for RSMs. Check out Turner motorsports, Bav Auto, Pelican Parts, etc. for more RSM options. Turner sells some that have a lifetime warranty and are supposedly better than the M3 ones.

can you provide a link to the exact turnermotorsport RSM?
