NEED HELP Cooling Problems?

Hi guys, I have a problem with my 96 TI. It over heated and I realized that the little y fitting behind the head had blown. After replacing and added coolant the new problem is that the radiator is just boiling over. I replaced the water pump and thermostat with no help. It seems that it isn't circulating. I had pulled the plugs and they were good except number 1. That plug had a lot of oil in and around it. No heat in the car either. Any ideas? Want to buy a car!!

Ok, next time search first. Check you connections and bleed it properly. Don't ask us how in this thread, use search. Sorry if I am coming off as a dick, i am not one, but I swear to chirst almighty that I have seen this thread pop up too many times this month.
