Well i just purchased a 95 318ti dark green tan leather for 6400. 113k but most were highway, the owner had pay stubs for mileage she got from her employer. Anyways I need to find a website with as much info as possible on these puppies. Everything i seem to find is very outdated. Specifically the whole cd changer situation. The car I have does not come with one and i would really like to get the factory unit but not for 700 plus dollars. Anyways can't wait till i get it.

Sorry, the CD changer bracket is no longer available. You will need to go with aftermarket. Brackets are only available for 97+.

for the money you can get a changer and radio for under $3-400 depending on where in the market you are...it's your best bet!But if you really want factory, email me I think I am going aftermarket! I have the 6 disk changer and radio perfect working order! http://www.happytogether.com/318ti/forum/smile.gif kinkajou74@hotmail.com

I would highly recommend going with an aftermarket head unit. The stock stereo system is pretty weak (especially the four speaker system that I have) and the head unit gives it a good kick. The other thing I did was mount some 6x9's in the hatch cover. I used the factory wiring from the rear speakers. The install looks really clean and best of all it sounds GREAT!

yea i didnt realize how easy it is to put int a regular aftermarket headunit. Thats all I'm gonna do. Do you know of a place online i can get the adapter for these things. I'm sure i can get them through circuit city or BB or even crutchfield but they are way over priced compared to most online stores. I just plan on saving the 50 bucks for installation and do it myself(i got car payments now!). Thanks for the help guys.
