Hey there!
Ive ben lurking for a couple of weeks finding out about these great cars and today I took the plunge and purchased a dark blue ( not sure of the exact name ) 318ti Sport 1998 model!
On the 40 mile drive home I took in some of the UKs best driving roads and had the biggest smile on my face when I got back :)
I think im gonna like this car!!!

Yeah, I wondered that too! I thought all the Sports had M3 style bumpers?
However, my neighbour has exactly the same car ( and year ) and hers is a Sport too!
I read that in the US all the 318ti's after 1999 were Sport spec so i'm presuming that the same goes for the UK ( although mine is registered as a late 1998 model! )
Anyway, I plan to add the M3 style front bumper at some point, lower it more and maybe stick some M parallels too :)
First thing though is gonna be a Bluetooth compatible CD head-unit

it might have just been in an accident and had a regular bumper put on? idk, it does have the moldings and clear lights, I think some interior and rear end pics should help
