I was thinking that I might want to lower mine but to be honest, it looks pretty low already ( unless the previous owner has already lowered it! )

Does anyone know how much lower they are compared to a standard model?

Thanks

Sport package springs lower the car 1/2" (12.7mm) all around.

Im thinking that might may have been lowered then as theres not much gap between the tyre and the front arch and the rears are almost tucking under!

Looks like a sport drop to me. Usually aftermarket springs are a color other than black. Same with the shocks/struts. Look at the suspension and tell us what color it is.

Looks like a sport, with 1.3" drop?

If you're still interested in lowering it more, i'll be glad to buy your current ones.

I do want it to go lower.....id love to sell you my springs but I would imagine postage from the UK to the US would be pretty expensive!!!

Not sure what you mean 1.3" drop. I have seen tis on aftermarket "sport" springs (~1.3" drop) and the rears are almost tucking while the front has about a finger width gap. That definitely looks like OE sport to me.

There are plenty of ways to go lower shonky, the only question is how low do you want to go?

I think you're getting OE BMW sport springs mixed up with aftermarket sport springs
