Few questions: M3 Front End, Fenders, Z3 Flares, Agressive B

I am going to replace my Ti front bumper with an M3 front bumper and have a few questions...

Should there be anything that I shoudl be aware of before doing this? Any known problems, complications, ect.?

The only M3 part would be the front bumper itself, I am sticking to stock Ti fenders and a carbon fiber hood. Would this pose any problem?

Has anyone seen or tried or does anyone have Z3 flares on their fenders? If so, I'd like more information on how this looks and how it was done if possible.

Does anyone know where I can buy a good M3 bumper (good doesn't necassarily mean factory built) or agressive-like bumper for relatively cheap? I'm looking to give the car attitude.

M A Shaw has an E46 M3 style front bumper cover that fits the E36 cars. If you want a unique, aggressive look, that may be it.
