Sport package door trim question

I just bought a '96 318ti the has the sport package. The drivers door exterior rub strip has an ///M logo in the strip. The passenger side is just a plain black strip. Which is correct? Where can I get a passenger side strip with the ///M logo in it?

The Sport package includes the M-technic trim and should have a ///M on both sides.
