asian: I've asked myself this several times too, and this is what I've deduced... (correct me if I'm wrong)
Front Spoiler Kit = Front bumper
Front Lip Spoiler = The little extra "wing" thingie that goes under the bumper
Rear Spoiler = The wing!
Rear Apron = Rear bumper
As for the M3 bumpers... I'm pretty much sure you can just buy a normal M3 front bumper and it should work just fine. As for the sideskirts and rear bumper, I have no idea.

All e36 front bumpers are interchangable.
All e36 side skirts fit every e36.
The rear bumper is unique to the ti. M bumper for the ti is VERY rare. Try the dealer or the junk yards.

Ask the dealer or a junk year for a rear bumper for a TI Sport.

I would definitely advise going to the dealer. All the parts are cheaper there anyway.

wow really? i hear dealerships always rip you off because the parts are oem factory stuff
I don't have a part number for the 'sport' rear bumper cover, but for the base/active it is part number 51.12.8.146.458 and has a list price of $222.00. That price may be a bit old, but at least you get an idea. Also, I believe the black plastic 'rub strips' are seperate (around 17.00 each), as well as the 'diffuser' piece on the bottom (P/N 51.12.2.269.489 $158.00 list). Used may be the way to go, expecially if you happen to find the same color... Paint's not cheap.
If you are a BMWCCA member, most dealers give 5-20% off list price for club members. It varies from dealer to dealer, but I've been getting good prices from Autocenter BMW in RI (401-847-9600) on factory stuff (and that's all I use on my car save the 'wear' items). since I live in CT, I typically have in-stock parts the next day with standard ground shipping.
The exception to this pricing is the exotic parts that have to be shipped in from Germany (EURO M3 parts etc.). Typically, you won't get a discount on those, but what you want is not that exotic, and should be stocked in the states.
