Site not loading

Steven, I just wanted to let you know that I have been seeing this screen for the past few days. It wasn't too bad until this morning when I have to hit refresh multiple times just to load anything. This is the error message I got.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@318ti.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

been getting this yesterday and today... Site was very slow yesterday, as well...

I've gotten it twice just today, I just wait for a minute or so and then hit refresh and the page loads right up

Now I am getting a database error when I try to access the message section of the User control panel...

I was able to start sending a PM by accessing him through the Members list, but after I type out the message, it won't send and the database error comes up again...

Same here, I wonder what the issue was.

I'm new and can't upload photos, any idea why? I've tried about 6 times and it says upload is successful but then there is nothing on "my photos".
