****SOLD****

***New price of $800. Would really like this sold and can offer really cheap shipping.***

I bought this interior a few years back off a 1998 Ti with 73,000 miles that had sustained moderate damage to rear quarters. Interior is complete and in 8/10 - 9/10 condition.

Includes:
Front sport seats (not heated)
Rear lower, upper and side bolsters
Front door cards
Rear side cards
E-brake boot

The good: no fading, no stains, no tears, minimal scuffs on bolsters. Seats are square, true and adjust freely. The interior sits as I rec'd it and has been covered in dry, secure and rodent free storage since. I don't think any posts are missing on the doors either. I remember one being loose and epoxying it back in place upon receiving.

The bad:
-as a result of the accident (I assume) the passenger seat slides on the rails but does not quite latch/catch in place, though it does if you force it so it's close. Lever still works, I think a small adjustment would fix this OR you can use your own seat bottom and transplant the foam/leather/fabric onto yours.
- back of the drivers seat has a small crack around the flip lever due to gorillas at scrappers replacing the seat back for me (had a different crack).
- Only flaw in ANY of the fabric is an eraser sized hole on the back edge of the back seat bottom. This is invisible with the seats up and down.

Probably don't have to tell you how rare this is. My only reason for contemplating selling is that I own a 1999 Ti that requires side airbag covers in the door cards, my own interior is near perfect and would like $ toward finishing my kitchen. No lowballs on price please- for a complete, rare interior this is a fair price. Shipping can be made manageable too via Fedex Ground and my company's discount. I once shipped a similar interior from OH to CA for around $100. Yes, total. Expect under $200. It will be packed well and insured.

got pics but my day was slammed with getting our house ready to sell. The good news is I dropped the front seats off at the detailer (looked dusty, had never cleaned them anyway) and they came back AMAZING. Doesn't look like any stains or fading on the fabric anywhere. Only some slight cracking/wrinkles on the drivers thigh bolster.

Beautiful... I am seriously drooling.

If I didn't have to pay my mortgage this month that would be in my garage as we speak...

Whoever gets these is one lucky dog...

Well, "loan" them to me, I'll refinish the bolster and seat, and you can have them back (+interest!) at a future date!

Good luck with the sale...

Nice set!! With the burn hole....is it only noticeable with the seat back removed?

96cali

Yes, only visible when back is removed. It's way back there.

I should also mention I would deliver within a days round trip if you paid for gas. I realize most people on this forum don't have that cash laying around but when was the last time you saw this item come up for sale? I am not making money on it btw.

Sorry I have not responded to your PM's, I have been traveling a lot. Sorry, I will not separate. Honestly, if I were you I would start by trying to refinish your existing ones. WolferJ did an amazing job with his.

You know, maybe we should get together and just test out the look of one of these seats in my car.

Silver car with Red/Black might look hot.

We need to get together again anyway and talk about your swap some more anyway.

Hey bud,

My name is Paul Garnier. I'm a long standing member of the bmwcca, Member #75923
I believe I've picked up a 95 sport for my wife to commute to work. (my 32nd BMW - list available upon request) It's got a 5sp, LSD, gray cloth, cruise, sunroof, but no sport seats.
My interior is not bad, but we hate the gray (blah), and my door cards are shot.
We (and my wife) really like the 2 tone red and black, reminds us of our M-Coupe.
I've gotten permission from SWMBO to spend the dosh, but we need to talk about shipping to Houston 77070

Thanks!!

I recommend signing up with uship. I got quoted $150 to ship a palet w/ engine and trans from south FL to OH. It came to me on a palet so I'm sure it can go to TX on one.

Btw if you have a gray interior what makes you think you have a club sport?

looks like a good rate! I'll check them out today and post back. What should I put as point of origin? Toledo?
The more I read, the more I realize I have a base. What throws me is that I have sunroof, cruise, 15" alloys, and LSD. But definitely not sport seats, fogs, nor any kind of sporty bumpers.

Thanks!

Cincinnati 45227

Even though I do not have a dock, one carrier I corresponded with said they would just winch/push/come-along the whole pallet up their truck ramp.

Even though I have the tiny solid front rotors?

You broke it down to take pics, but I'm guessing you'd reassemble the pallet to ship?
Any idea of weight and dims? (I'm posting the shipment to uship right now...)

THanks bud!

I believe 98 was the year they changed the front rotors to vented, it had nothing to do with option packages
