Did BMW offer M tec alloys on all e36 models cus my 323se has em on, also did they offer clear front indicators as an extra?

The clears may have been a factory option depending on what country your car was first delivered to. As for the Mtechnik wheels, there's a pretty wide variety of OEM BMW wheels that are marked with ///M. It's fairly common for people to upgrade wheels, so I'd guess that the previous owner probably installed them.
