Racing seat installation...

I am looking into purchasing some APC Super Street seats for my car this weekend and installing them, but I have a couple questions. First off, is there anything that I need to know before I try to install these? I know to disconnect the battery for sure due to the seat belt sensor under the passenger seat, but is there anything else? Also, all I should need is a universal slider in order to install this properly right? Or, do you think they will go right in? I am also purchasing the 4 pt. harnesses along with the seats, so, instead of just leaving my factory seatbelts in, can I take them out? Or should I leave them in? If someone could help me on this, let me know... Thanks!!!

You will definatly need a floor mount to center the seat in front of the steering wheel. See these at VAC motorsports. Spents 2 weeks making these for my Sparco Evo2 seats. Good luck.

2 weeks? i just installed a pair of racing seats in my TI and i custom made the brackets and it took me half of a day, the thing that took the longest was the welding and waiting for the paint to dry(painted the brackets after welding for a clean look)
