ICV valve help

Hello,
I have a '98 ti and I am experiencing problems with my idle (ramping up/down). I have already replaced my O2 sensor about 4 months ago and it did help a bit, but it's still there. I heard that the ICV valve could be clogged up and causing bad air flow. What I need to know is the location of this valve on my car? I was under the hood last week but I was unsuccessful in locating. Any ideas? Pictures? Links?

if IVC is the same as IAC (Idle Air Control) it is probably mounted directly on the throttle body. i'll have to check but thats where most are located as i've seen.
