Has anyone put a lip on there m-tech bumper or seen one with a lip? I've been thinking about doing it and was trying to figure out how it would look on a ti but i wasnt able to find any pics. If you have one how to you like it and where did you get it from? And I would live to see some pics. Thanks

http://www.namotorsports.net/ has many different style lips and other body kits. Don't spend all your money at this place...lol

Yes, my car is the M-Tech front bumper with an M3 lip. Holes are already there from memory, just need the screws

I have a lip on mine, and it looks pretty good in my opinion. Have to upload pics asap. Pretty new to the site.

Go for it. The lip is pretty subtle.

I have one on mine. I had to drill the holes. I took my time and it was easy to do. It is subtle but really does add to the whole look. I think it is a must have now. DDMtuning.com has some for a very reasonable price. I got my whole front bumper from them.

Cool thanks. Did it come with the screws or did you just use ones you had?

The lip came with the screws. All I did was drill the holes and then screw it in. Easy.

I'm pretty sure the factory bumper comes with the holes already in it

Actually, the bumper does not have holes predrilled. YOu can just screw it in to the bumper itself, but that's not as secure as the way BMW did it. There are retaining blocks for the screws on the inside of the bumper.

See part #25

The OEM lip sells for about $60. You can get an entire M3 front bumper/lip/mesh grill/and rub strips for $90 from DDM.

UPDATE: DDM is now selling the M3 bumper for $75!

clex2 what lip is that in the picture you posted? Is that the E36 M3 ACS lip from ddm?

The lip on my white ti is the replica OEM M3 lip (DDM bumper/lip/rub strips/mesh grill). Nothing special.
