Greetings.
Does anybody have a part number for a leather or "leatherette" shift boot? I have been looking all over online for one and can't seem to find one. The only option I've seen is the 'Wheelskins" line of boot replacement.

Thanks!

Thanks, I'll give him a try, will referencing you obtain any discount??? (grin). What's the ballpark for these things anyways?

Also..... Did any company come up with a shifter boot chrome surround that fits the 318ti yet??

Be sure to tell Bobby the Dave Lehmann refered you and that I said to take care of you.
I'm not aware of anyone making the chrome ring trim.

There was a posting on the yahoo group. If you want black, I think he has one for $5 listed. Check here:

For trim rings, check here. They're British so it may take a while. I think the Z3 shift ring will work on the ti but check first. Lots of chrome parts under the e36 section:

And I ordered a shift knob and boot from this place, came in black, excellent quality, took weeks from Belgium. They have trim rings:

I believe the Z3 trim rings fit as well.

You can also get chrome lock buttons, window switches (I think) and gage surrounds to finish out the look...
