Hey guys,

Once more I need your help.

My 323Ti have a 3.07 diff. I need a shorter one. From wich car I can swap with LSD?

I'm thinking about a 3.73 LSD, or something close to this.

Thank you in advance!

Diffs from E30s and Z3s will bolt right up. The diff from an E28 will also work but you'd need to get an E30 diff cover to make it work.

E30 325is has a 3.73 ratio.

Spidertri,

Great input. Right to the point.

Thank you very much

If I choose an E28 diff, correct?

If I choose an E28 diff, correct?correct. Also, I'm not sure if your 323ti came with a small or medium cased diff. If it came with a small case diff like the 318ti's here in the US, then you should run e30 halfshafts. Reason being that medium case diffs are wider than smaller case diffs, thus requiring shorter halfshafts. I think your 323ti came with a medium case diff though, in which case you shouldn't have any issues running your current halfshafts.

Thank you cooljess.

My first option is a 3.73 lsd from e30. This one is plug and play, right?
