I'm pretty set on getting some ss brake lines, but the only ones I have found are around $130. Anybody know if i can get them for cheaper?

Buyer beware...all SS lines are not created equal! Yes, you can get them for <$100, but you may get what you pay for--many in that price range have shoddy quality connectors or poor quality inner hoses (the stainless steel is just on the outside to help prevent the hose from expanding under pressure like rubber hoses). I checked 'em all and ended up going with the Goodridge kit from the TireRack (~$150 when I bought them, but up to $175 now). A little more expensive... but unmatched performance and peace of mind that they will not break apart at the seams is important when it comes to your brakes...

I agree with budget m3. Goodridge is a good brand to get. I wouldn't buy a stainless set that you could find for less than $100.

Does anyone have the BMP lines?? I was going to get those but not if they are actually shoddy. If you have 'em how well have they worked for you!!

I got my set from Korman, and am very pleased with them. I don't remember what I paid for them, and they don't list prices on their website. Most of their parts are for race cars, hence not very cheap. Great upgrade if you do track days, autocross...
