Where is the CD cable hidden in the boot?

Hi guys, this is my first visit and my first post from good old England.

Everyone says there is a cable in the boot to hook up a CD, where is it hidden?

It would be good if you described where to find if you were behind the car looking into the boot. Drive a RHD car you see so all this N/Side Offside malrky would just confuse me.

It should be if you are standing behind the trunk on the left side under the panel bundeled up with the alarm and TCU wiring harnesses..Good luck..

I take it you mean the vertical panel that has a void behind it? The one that goes from the back seats to the rear lights?

How do remove it

Any idea what the rectangular hole for, it looks the same size as say a light fitting exept mine has one as part of the reear lights?

By the way I mean a hole that is at the top of the panel about 3 inches from the rear light.

Yes the panel between the rear seat and the taillamp...

Remove the left tail lamp assembly and pull away the carpet.
