Just curious.. we all buy ours for different reasons, what is yours for?

Choose the option which BEST fits you and your car.. since many people will find they fit in more than one of the categories.

I'd say I fit everything but the secondary car option

I use mine as a daily driver. How could you own a car like that and rarely drive it? It's so fun to drive.

Drive it year round,no matter what the weather is. I put about 2500-3000 miles a month on my car. Which sucks but atleast it's all highway driving.

Trusted steed for daily work commute of 80 miles @ 80 MPH. Wish I didn't have so much traffic (Chicago) so that I could have bought a 5 speed. Just filled up yesterday @ $2.79/gallon and got 30 MPG - love it.

Strictly daily driver duties since its not the fastest or most fun car that I own. :)

I use my ti to practice drifting and high performance driving.
This is a very fun car to toss around in empty parking lots, esp. on wet surface. More thrill than any front-wheel/all-wheel drive cars.

Daily driver. I drive at least 150 kilometres a day. and i need to use my car for work so i drive all over town up and down the coast for work.

i plan on driving it for a few more years, then buy another daily driver then it will become a project car.

Seeing how my commute these days is via bus, my ti has become my weekend driver. My '94 Toyota pickup is my daily driver now -- a little over a mile to the park & ride, where it sits in the elements all day.

As for why I don't drive to work: easy 25-minute bus ride in the express lane vs. 1+ hour in Seattle gridlock and $8/day parking downtown.

What would you do? :)

I have a ton of cars. But the BMW is my daily driver. I put 90+ miles on a day with my commute. The only thing I find with the car is that the stock seats suck. To me they are very uncomfortable. I am 5'11" and 225 pounds. New seats are planned for the future. I do have a spare set of Sparkos, but those are fixed back design... need access to rear seats.

It is a daily and my lil Ti hasn't seen track time besides just at the local road course - no passing without signal kinda thing - driving hard but not like RACING

Daily driver during the week, tight corner seeker on the weekends. This is not the fastest car I have ever owned but it does go around a turn like no other.

Wow you guys drive huge distances in your cars!!! I don't drive my 96 very often as almost everything is in walking distance including my work and its quicker to walk than to take the car and warm it up properly. I have only used one tank of gas and had the car a month.

Daily driver and my first real fun car. First car was a '98 Cavalier 2.2L with a 3-speed auto, then I had a '95 Mirage LS coupe 5-speed that was about as reliable as the ability of snow to survive 70F weather. It was more fun than the Cavalier since it was lighter and had a 5-speed (not to mention about a 30% increase in gas mileage).
