I went to drive the 95 ti again and it is way too clean underneath for the mileage so I'm a little suspicious. Can somene run this?

What do you mean it is too clean? Like someone has washed off engine grease or something? My car with 126k miles has very little to no grease/oil on the underside with no big dents or anything. Cars do vary a lot, depending on climate and other factors, my brother has a 94 Civic with 180k miles that looks like a new car inside and out, and I used to own an 86 300zx with 40k miles that showed more wear and was probably in worse shape (both actual miles).

You were also the one asking about the club sport right? If it is Alpine White it is not a club sport, but probably just a sport or someone converted it to look like a club sport. Based on that serial number I don't think it is a club sport that was repainted white. I would look more at condition on a car like that rather than the actual miles. If the miles are exceptionally low I would be suspicious.

...the bottom of the ft spoiler had new stainless steel hardware and NO I repeat NO scratches...not one. The car has 100K on it and the rear has some scraping (it has some kinda sport-lowered suspension.) I find it hard to believe someone would drag the bottom of a 100k car and not the air dam. That's why I'm looking for a CarFax.

Thanks,
Brent

That does almost sound like a repaint. Hopefully someone with a carfax runs a check on it. Also you can look for signs yourself, look for any areas with overspray, especially on rubber trim. Also, there should be several VIN tags around the car on different body panels, make sure they all match up.

Make sure none of the structural members look like they have been straightened or welded, and other signs of an accident.

With a 100k miles I would be suspicious of the airdam being perfect as it is very easy to scrape it on curbs. I don't think I have ever scraped the back of the car though. Maybe it is lowered more than stock? Look at the pictures of my car in my gallery to see how low a stock car is (click on profile under my post then click on the link to the gallery somewhere on that page).

Remember that just because there is no damage disclosure, doesn't mean the car hasn't been in a serious wreck. In IA, damage doesn't have to be reported unless it exceeds 50% of the value of the vehicle. So a new $20,001 car, wouldn't have to be reported if it had $10,000 worth of damage. So still look for signs of repaint and other damage.
