Interest in a New England Meet?

Hey, now that the weather is getting nice i was wondering if anyone in the New England area would be interested in a meet in late May or early July. Ive had my ti for almost 6 years now and havent met too many of the other ti owners in the area. Hopefully we can find a spot that works for everyone, maybe somewhere in MA or NH. Let me know if you would be interested.

Many of the older local members have sold or lost their 318ti. It's hard to get local members to come out now. Last big successful meet was several years ago. Look for pics under my sig link. Better chance of joining other bimmer meets for a get together. You should try for a regional meet for MA, VT, NH, RI, CT members. Keep us posted!

Ya hopefully we can round up a few more members and possibly put together a small local meet which would be nice.

A little help on how to round up local members. Look up NE roll call and PM or email each person as a group. See who responds for a local meet up. Maybe we can get some members to meet up and drive up to VT or NH for a day for hanging out and driving the fun roads. :) Last time I tried to get enough guys together and drive down to CT to meet J!M on a weekend. At the time we had 3 332ti locally to show others how a modded 318ti rides. :)

Hi I remember that successful ti meet 5 years ago. Here is a interesting story about my ti. I sold it 3 years ago. About a year later I found it on craigslist with blown engine, run out of coolant and blown head-gasket. So now the recent news - I have friends who have a small dealership and they buy used cars from auctions. One of them called me about 2 months ago and told me for my surprise, that they bought my ti from an auction for $1500. I was curious to see the car and I went to their place. Oh man it was beaten up hard - front collision impact, new headlights, wavy hood and roof, broken driver side lock, stolen radio, amplifier and sub-woofers and many more... It was a disaster and a sad picture :( Anyway it took them more than a month to fix the most major issues, and a week ago they sold it to a NH guy. So again my ti continues it's journey and found it's new home and hopefully the new owner will take better care of it

I'm always interested in a meetup, I too haven't really met any other ti owners around here ::sadface:: I tried to organize a small one awhile ago, but noone was really available, or that close to me, or still owned their ti... BUT thats not to discourage, you have an interested person right here! I'm in Ct, sooooo, pretty much if it were anything within a 2 hour drive I would probably go, the bigger it will be, the farther I would be willing to go. The only ti ownders I know(that are car people) around here are the 2 guys who did my swap. I dunno if they would be interested, but I could ask them too if I have a date for the meetup. LET ME KNOW! pm me, etc.

any more info on this possible meet up? I want to meet people hang out, drive my car, etc... WHEN... DEAR FRIENDS TELL ME WHEN!!!!!!!!! Ahem... ummm, so yeah, about that... anyone still trying to organize this>? july is fast approaching, and I want to see some ti people!

I'm pretty flexible and can meet any weekend in the upcoming months. I guess the first step would be to pick a location. Any recommendations or suggestions?
