I've always used the numerous bottles of Formula 2001 wax that ive found in my parents garage. Though this week i was able to pick up a Mr. Clean AutoDry system, so i figured id try something a little special for finishiing my ti's wash.

I stopped and got some of that new Turtle Wax Platinum Series Ultra Gloss ive seen advertised on TV. To make a long story short, IM SO FREAKING IMPRESSED! All i gave it was a light buffing with a towel and i swear i was looking into a mirror. It even went on easier than that 2001 stuff.

Has anybody else tried the Ultra Gloss? What results have you had?

Also, im wondering how long this stuff should last compared to other brands.

Haven't used the ultra gloss, but I do use the turtle express wax hard shell. I quit using the wax that you have too let glaze over and all that other stuff. Those last longer, but take to long to wax and leave all that nasty residue. I will tell you that I am truely happy with the turtle express wax though and if you don't mind waxing your car more often I would use it, or at least use it for inbetween waxing. I would say it only takes me about 30 minutes to do a full waxing. That includes going back over the car with a microfibre cloth for that little extra sheen. Happy Waxing!!!

Klasse All in One is the best I have found.

Meguiars 3 step is amazing in general. Turtle wax is pretty damn good, but I got little bits stuck in the crevace/lip thing on the rear hatch (above the license plate) and meguiar's doesnt seem to do that, or it comes out a bit more easily.

A hose down, then a wash with Turtle Wash and Wax, followed by a wax with Turtle liquid wax gives the best finish I've ever achieved, making a 13 year old paint job look like new.

I've been using turtle wax lately, although I'm thinking about switching back to Meguiars, or trying out Zymol since I've heard its really good.
