2014 bump, as I am looking again for a replacement diff...

Limited Slip Diff, with ratio of 3.25 or 3.45.

Medium case is preferred, as I already have a 2.79 LSD installed from an ETA e30. Looking for a taller gear ratio than I currently have.

Post here or PM, looking for a price shipped to 94590.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from someone!

Ok, one last bump and hopefully someone has what I'm looking for...

If not, then I will make a decision between the offers I have received already.

One more time... :frown:

2 years ago, I got a 3.15 diff torsen diff (Z3) from a member here, and it has served me well, but it is starting to go/make noise/clunk.

So, I am in the market for a replacement Medium Case diff, 3.25 or 3.46 ratio is desired, LSD is mandatory.

Please let me know what you have...

Thanks in advance!

Sunday evening bump...

I have found a 3.46 unit on ebay with a 40% lockup (vs 25% stock), but at about twice what I want to pay...

Also, has anyone tried using an early e34 diff? From what I have read, the main unit is the same, just need to swap the back cover and output flanges...

How do you tell what percentage the LSD lock up is? Mine is from an old 5 series, 3.25 LSD

It is 25% from BMW. Probably less now that it is worn out.

Found a 3.73 in the LA area. No luck on a 3.25 or 3.45 yet tho

Thanks for checking... I'm not having much luck outside of ebay finding what I want.

Ok, I pulled the trigger on a 3.46 ratio med-case lsd off ebay. Looking forward to swapping this in and finally being rid of my rear end clunk...

Thanks for looking for me everyone!

Cool. Hopefully your mpg doesn't suffer too much... But I know you'll love the much difference in torque with the new diff
