On an M44 the DISA valve is closed at idle to produce longer intake runner paths, correct? and it only opens at higher revs?

I am wondering because when applying Seafoam via the Brake Booster vacuum feed, it would appear that the product is only going into one intake runner, which would only feed two cylinders, right? I don't have a spare intake to check and verify, and can't find an easy answer anywhere. I thought the intake runners each feed two cylinders.

The goal is obviously to get the Seafoam solvent into each of the cylinders, not just two.

Thoughts?

Air should go into all the cylinders all the time. The DISA alters the length of both runners at the same time to make it a longer or shorter path to the engine.

I was always under the impression longer meant better top end so the short runners are used at low rpm.
