Parts needed for auto to manual?

Hi I'm looking into doing a manual swap and in wondering what are all the parts needed for this down to the smallest nut.

I read that post a few times to have an idea but I was just looking for a complete list just so can be sure and form a budget

These cars are cheap enough at this point to just buy another (manual) car to take the parts from. That way you are sure to have everything and you can see exactly how it goes together. If the doner car is too nice to part out you can always swap your auto back into it and sell it.
