I don't think it will fit the "TI" as we use E30 suspesion pick ups.

I cannot say with any certainty wether or not it will fit (although I personally doubt it will). But shock tower braces do very little to make your can handle better. It has the same effect as welding a bar anywhere else under your hood. Strut tower braces do help, but shock tower braces don't.
