HELP. Need to take door apart to fix window

So i slammed my door really hard =\ and my window came out of its "groove" and now i can't row down my window up or down with out it going all crazy on me.

CAN SOME ONE PLEASEE SHOW ME HOW TO TAKE APART MY DOOR SO I CAN ATTEMPT TO FIX IT .

The car dealer said $300 =\
